By purchasing from us as a merchant, you are agreeing to the following terms:
- We do not accept returns after one calendar year from the date of purchase, regardless of condition of the product.
- We do not accept returns on used products unless the manufacturer's warranty still applies.
- All unused/unwanted and non-defective returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- Defective products will be fixed/ replaced at no extra charge. The product's condition will be verified by Race Plug staff. If we determine that the product is in fact not defective or damaged, the product will be shipped back to you and no refund will be issued. We do not cover products that were damaged during the installation process, only shipping damages and manufacturer defects.
